This bird guy is a good spy who has just found a villain to shoot at. Get him spy! Stop his nefarious deeds! He keeps the world safe for all of us. That’s cool!

Neglect is Crime
Local comics enthusiaist Wheeler Hall has asked several Dayton area artists to recreate All Top Comics #14 (one of the comics sited by Dr. Fredric Wertham as seducing the innocent young minds of the kids who read it back in 1948) in its entirety for publication by his own Apogee Comics label later this year. This is one of my two pages that will be in the book. I’ve seen some of the stuff the other artists are doing and I can tell you it’s going to be awesome! Incidentally Wheeler also did the brilliant color work on this page.

OK, PANIC!!!
Aww yeah. Here tis. Local comics enthusiast (and publisher of the upcoming Apogee Comics) Wheeler Hall asked four Dayton area comics artists to contribute to a website he mindbirthed wherein each artist would submit their different versions of a particular subject on a bi-weekly basis. Along with myself you’ve got Patrick Kain, Jeff Potter and Eric Shonborn. Talented fellas all. The site is called Ok, PANIC! and it went live on Saturday, March 27th, so rush on over to www.ok-panic.net to check it out.
