This is a parody of an Uncanny X-men cover with Jeffrey Brown’s Bighead (and supporting cast) in the place of the X-men. If you’re not familiar with his awesome body of work check out his blog here.

The Uncanny Bighead
Tuesday, June 29th, 2010Sweet Tooth
Tuesday, June 22nd, 2010I try to follow several monthly comic book titles but Jeff Lemire’s Sweet Tooth from DC Vertigo is the only one I seem to make time to read. It’s kinda like if Cormac McCarthy’s “The Road” was adapted into a children’s book drawn by Raymond Pettibon. There’s a trade paperback of the first five issues with a ten dollar cover price. Skip a meal or a pack of smokes and go pick it up. I promise it’s worth it.
Cops & Crooks
Tuesday, June 15th, 2010These are three panels from the comic book Cops & Crooks published by Silber Media. It’s written by Brian John Mitchell and is a flip comic with me doing the art for the Cops side and Eric Shonborn handling the Crooks. Hop on over to www.silbermedia.com to order a copy of it (and tons of other great stuff)!
Ninja!
Tuesday, June 8th, 2010Creepy Guy
Wednesday, June 2nd, 2010This fella was originally me just making squiggly lines to test out a new brush pen I picked up and then he just sorta took shape. Now he’s here in digital color for anyone connected to this hivemind we call the internet to see. Just remember to bless him during your supper prayers as if he was more than pixels of color. He would appreciate that wholeheartedly.
