What can I say about Charles Bukowski? Either you love him or you hate him. I’ve never met anyone with an opinion of his writing that lies in between.
But regardless of whether you like his stuff his story is pretty inspiring. I mean he didn’t start writing poems until he was in his mid thirties and for the next forty years he wrote thousands of them. He also wrote tons of short stories and a hand full of novels.
Just goes to show you it’s never too late to get started.
